За  позовом Вандерхувен Поль Йозеф Ізабель Артур до Фецич Оксани Василівни про поділ спільного майна подружжя, №463/9308/22 провадження № 2/463/228/25,  що відбудеться  16.04.2025 року о 14-00  хв. у приміщенні суду за адресою: 79007,  м. Львів, вул. Б.Лепкого, 16, зал судових засідань №12.

У разі неможливості з’явитись у судове засідання, повідомляємо про обов'язок повідомити суд про причини неявки.

З опублікуванням оголошення про виклик особа вважається повідомленою про дату, час і місце розгляду справи, відтак у разі неявки особи, яка притягується до адміністративної відповідальності у вказане судове засідання суд вирішуватиме справу на підставі наявних у ній даних чи доказів.

Das Lychakivskyi Stadtbezirksgericht in der Stadt Lviv lädt Herrn Paul Joseph Isabelle Arthur Vanderhoeven, geboren am 23.02.1952, als Kläger zur Gerichtsverhandlung in der Rechtssache Vanderhoeven Paul Josef Isabel Arthur gegen Fetsych Oksana Vasylivna betreffend die Aufteilung des ehelichen Vermögens ein,
die am 16.04.2025 um 14.00 Uhr in den Räumlichkeiten des Lychakivskyi Stadtbezirksgericht in der Stadt Lviv (B. Lepkyi Str. 16) stattfinden wird.
Für den Fall, dass Sie nicht zur Gerichtsverhandlung erscheinen können, weisen wir Sie auf die Verpflichtung hin, das Gericht über die Gründe für Ihr Nichterscheinen zu informieren.
Mit der Veröffentlichung der Vorladung gelten Datum, Uhrzeit und Ort der Verhandlung als bekannt gegeben, so dass das Gericht im Falle des Nichterscheinens zu der angegebenen Gerichtsverhandlung auf der Grundlage der ihm vorliegenden Daten oder Beweise entscheidet.

Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv summons Paul Joseph Isabelle Arthur Vanderhoeven, date of birth: 23.02.1952, as a plaintiff to the court hearing in the case of Paul Joseph Isabelle Arthur Vanderhoeven to Oksana Vasylivna Fetsych on the division of the joint owned marital property,

which will be held in the premises of Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv (16 B. Lepkoho Street) on 16.04.2025 at 14:00.

If the parties cannot attend the court hearing, please be advised of the obligation to inform the court of the reasons for failure to appear.

With the publication of the Court Summons Notification, the person shall be deemed to have been notified of the date, time and place of the hearing of the case, therefore, in case of failure of the person, who is held administratively liable, to appear at the above-mentioned court hearing, the court will decide the case on the basis of the information or evidence available in it.
